Aging occurs gradually and we get used to it.
It’s like when your eyesight is decreasing. One day, you realise that your eyesight is very poor. You put on new glasses and it’s paradise!
For the trimming, it’s the same. I often hear comments from pilots saying that their canopies are ‘like new’ after a check-up…
…and this is simply due to the fact that it’s true!
There is very little difference in flight between a new canopy and a used one that has just been checked with the corrected trimming!!!
