As a paraglider flies at about 40 km/h, it is advisable to wear sunglasses to protect yourself from drafts.
You have to dress well, because the speed of paragliding makes you feel a lower temperature. Also note that the temperature decreases by almost 1 degree when climbing 100 m above sea level. So, if we land at an altitude of 400 m and takeoff is at 2000 m, the temperature in flight will be about 16 degrees lower than that of the plain. It makes a big difference!
Summer
Even if it is very hot, it is preferable to wear a sweater and a windbreaker.
Spring and autumn
A warm jacket and bring gloves if you are sensitive to the cold.
Winter
A good warm jacket and gloves. Ski clothes are perfect.
